The number is available to use 24/7, so someone will be available for you at all times in case of an emergency.
This number is available for emergencies ONLY; if the issue you are having is NOT an emergency you must either call us at 240-489-1776 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: If you text our emergency line THREE times without having an actual emergency (for example, a broken A/C unit is NOT considered an emergency, but a broken heating unit IS in the winter) you will be charged a fine of $25 to your tenant account. This is to ensure that the emergency line is used for emergencies ONLY; this way we are able to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.
