In your message you must include: your name, the property address, the problem that you are having, and a call back number so we can reach you. 

The pager is available to use 24/7, so someone will be available for you at all times in case of an emergency.

This pager is available for emergencies ONLY; if the issue you are having is NOT an emergency you must either call us at 202-930-2772 or email

NOTE: If you use the pager service THREE times without having an actual emergency (for example, a broken A/C unit is NOT considered an emergency, but a broken heating unit IS in the winter) you will be charged a fine of $25 to your tenant account. This is to ensure that the emergency pager service is used for emergencies ONLY; this way we are able to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.
