This service takes care of any communication barriers, and will allow us to better serve you as your property managers. Our policy and procedure on how to utilize this service are as follows:

In order to utilize this service you will send an email to email@example.com.
In your message you must include: your name, the property address, the problem that you are having, and a call back number so we can reach you.
The pager is available to use 24/7, so someone will be available for you at all times in case of an emergency.
This pager is available for emergencies ONLY; if the issue you are having is NOT an emergency you must either call us at 202-930-2772 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: If you use the pager service THREE times without having an actual emergency (for example, a broken A/C unit is NOT considered an emergency, but a broken heating unit IS in the winter) you will be charged a fine of $25 to your tenant account. This is to ensure that the emergency pager service is used for emergencies ONLY; this way we are able to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.
